I am a former Team GB rhythmic gymnast and was British Champion in 1993 (overall) and in 1996 (individual).  I have extensive experience in gymnastics and dance training at BRIT School, Alvin Ailey Dance Theatre in New York and The Laban Centre, London.  I am CIPD qualified and have over 25 years experience in HR within the education, private and charity sectors.  I am an accredited Scrum Master and extremely passionate about community and cleaning.
